1.1 These terms of service ("ToS") set forth by Sortino International Training, LLC are the terms and conditions for the right to access and use the site www.americanculturecoach.com by Clients and by persons performing professional coaching activities ("Coach") and for the organization and management of certain aspects of the Coach’s relationship with the clients.

1.2. Subject to the terms and conditions of this ToS, Sortino International Training, LLC grants the Coach with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable permission to access and use www.americanculturecoach.com during the Term (the "Contract"). It is expressly prohibited to the Coach to rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute to third parties www.americanculturecoach.com and the rights granted hereunder.

1.3 Subject to the terms and conditions of this ToS, Sortino International Training, LLC grants the Client permission to access and use www.americanculturecoach.com during the Term (the “Contract”). It is expressly prohibited for the Client to rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute to third parties www.americanculturecoach.com and the rights granted hereunder.

1.4. www.americanculturecoach.com  is owned and provided by Sortino International Training, LLC having its registration in Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260 with the address being 9455 E. Raintree #2017.

1.5 All copyrights, trademarks and materials are property of Sortino International Training, LLC. Any unauthorized use is prohibited by law.

2. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE - FEES AND PAYMENTS

2.1. In order to access and use www.americanculturecoach.com requires the Client to complete the registration procedure, accept these ToS by clicking  “I agree”. Access and use of www.americanculturecoach.com is subject to the payment by the Client of the relevant course fee, as better specified hereinbelow.

2.2. The Client shall have to pay in advance the course fees applicable in relation to the courses chosen by the Client, as listed at www.americanculturecoach.com/courses.  

2.3. Payment of the Course fees shall be made, in the course of the registration procedure, at the Client’s discretion, as follows:

2.3.1. By using www.paypal.com and choosing to one of the payment methods herein described: by PayPal account, credit card, or bank transfer.
